Refund and Guarantee Policy

1. General Provisions

This Refund and Guarantee Policy defines the procedure for refunds and the terms of service provision at the Aselantess Online Spanish Language School, operated by One Royal LLC (Registration No. 193668703, Certificate of State Registration issued by the Minsk City Executive Committee on January 23, 2023).

This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Public Offer for the Provision of Online Learning Services and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Quality Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality educational services and make the learning process comfortable and effective.

Before starting the course, each student may receive a free consultation and choose a suitable learning format.

It is possible to reschedule classes with prior notice (no later than 12 hours before the lesson starts).

In the event of technical issues or other reasons for which the lesson did not take place due to the school’s fault, the class will be rescheduled free of charge.

If a student is not satisfied with the teacher or the learning format, it is possible to replace the teacher or adjust the program by agreement with the manager.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are made in accordance with the terms of the Public Offer and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • the payment was made by mistake (duplicate or incorrect payment);
  • the service was not provided (classes did not start);
  • the user sent an official request for cancellation before the start of training.

Refunds are not provided:

  • for lessons already held or services already rendered;
  • if the user independently terminates the training after it has begun;
  • in case of violation of the terms of the Public Offer by the user.

4. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please send a written application to the email address:
adelantess2025@gmail.com
or through the feedback form on the website adelantess.com.

The application must include:

  • full name and contact phone number;
  • payment date and method;
  • reason for the request;
  • card number (if a refund to the card is required).

Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Upon approval, the refund is made to the same card or by the same payment method used for the original transaction via the bePaid processing system.
Funds are credited within 1 to 30 calendar days, depending on the issuing bank.

5. Additional Terms

All card transactions are processed via the bePaid payment system, which complies with international data security standards PCI DSS Level 1.

Refunds are made only to the card used for the original payment.

The Service Provider is not responsible for any delays in fund transfers caused by banking or processing systems.

7. Final Provisions

This Policy enters into force upon publication on the website and forms an integral part of the Public Offer.
The Service Provider may make changes to this Policy without prior notice.
The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the website.
