User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the terms of use of the website adelantess.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by “UAN ROYAL” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”).

By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read and fully accepted the terms of this Agreement.

2. Rules of Website Use

• The Website is intended to provide information about the services of the Adelantess Spanish online school and to submit requests through the contact form.
• The User agrees to provide accurate contact details when filling out forms.
• It is prohibited to use the Website for purposes that violate the legislation of the Republic of Belarus or international law.

3. Intellectual Property

• All materials posted on the Website, including texts, images, teaching materials, and other copyrighted content, belong to the Administration or are used with the permission of copyright holders.
• Copying and use of materials are permitted only with an active hyperlink to the source.

4. Limitation of Liability

• All information on the Website is provided “as is.”
• The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the information posted on the Website.
• The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the User as a result of using the Website and the information posted on it.
• The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website or absence of technical failures.

5. User Reviews

• The Website may include a form for leaving feedback about training.
• Reviews are published only after prior moderation by the Administration.
• The Administration has the right to refuse publication or delete a review if it contains offensive language, insults, false information, or violates the law.

6. Final Provisions

• The Administration may amend this Agreement without prior notice to the User.
• The new version of the Agreement comes into force upon publication on the Website.
• The relations between the User and the Administration are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

This document has been prepared in Russian. For the convenience of users, it may be translated into English and Spanish. In the event of discrepancies, the Russian version shall prevail.
